Introduction

I graduated from University of Pécs, Faculty of Music and Visual Arts in Ceramic Design, where i currently study for my master’s degree. During my years as a university student, i could participate in several symposiums and group exhibitions. As of now, parallel to my studies, i try to work in my own workshop as much as possible, where i design and make unique ceramic consumer goods and decorations for special orders. Although there are aspects of my trade, which i am more familiar with, i am eager to work and improve in other fields of ceramics as well. I find it particularly intriguing, how the seemingly different fields of ceramics raises similar questions in practice. That’s how the industrial design and fine arts have a huge impact in my work.

The vase is trying to draw in the user into the artwork, since, thanks to the moving parts, the possibilities for placement and composition are limitless.
